Refund policy

At Sunday Nails AU, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how to return or exchange it.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Your item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging with all tags attached

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns, all sales are final.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Email contactus@sundaynails.com.au as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (no processing fee, no return shipping cost to you).

  • Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of this policy.

5. Step-by-Step Return Instructions

  1. Request a Return:
    Email contactus@sundaynails.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Wait for Approval:
    We’ll reply with confirmation and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  3. Prepare Your Return:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship Your Item:
    Send your return to:

    (You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.)

  5. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

    • Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the item.

    • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the funds.


6. Order Cancellations

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a 9.95% processing fee will apply to cover non-refundable costs. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to follow the return process outlined above.


7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to complete the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
